The young pizza chef, Sergio Falibretti, whose idea of pizza could be summarized with the motto: “A little but very good!” Ten are the number of pizzas on the menu, with a limited number of selected ingredients chosen in the interest of quality, and originating for the most part from Campania, with a look to Abruzzo as well. Rigorously wood-fire oven, for a dough that is done by the book along with impeccable cooking.
