A historic pizzeria in Fuorigrotta, since 1953.
A rustic atmosphere, similar to an old trattoria, old-style, but professional waiters, the oven is at the entrance and acts as a kind of meeting place, allowing the owners and clients to engage in conversation.
In addition to the classics of Neapolitan cuisine, the menu also offers a rich and varied list of pizzas, from the more traditional types to the new, like the tasty “3 P”, with potatoes, porcini and provolone.
A good pizza, that is not larger than the plate, like the ‘cartwheel’ style of the Quarters, but, if one so desires, you can request the larger size. The crust is slightly bread-like, almost crispy (there is a bit of durum wheat semolina), with a soft base of a good consistency. Limited selection of wine and beer.
