An establishment of restricted dimensions. The result is an excellent reference point for the neighborhood. Good welcome, service, and average wait time. Excellent proposal of pizzzas, carefully designed menu. Typical Napolitan table setting, essential but precise. The chosen pizzas were a Marghereita and a Filetto, both were well-baked and well-leavened. Soft crust, average dimensions. Toppings rich in quality primary materials and well-balanced flavour. We appreiated that ongoing remodelling work indoors and also on the menu. At a year from our last visit, we found that it gave an attractive sheen to the historic pizzeria and to the pizzas proposed among which can be found the traditional “parigina”.
