A welcoming establishment opened by Rosario Catalano and his daughter Francesca, where everything is reminiscent of beautiful Naples, starting with the menu, with 22 pizzas dedicated to the famous people of Naples, from Loren to De Crescenzo, Troisi to Bud Spencer, prepared artfully by the pizza chef, Nicola Confuorto, a member of The True Neapolitan Pizza Association (AVPN). 36 hours of leavening and a wood-oven for the round pizzas, by the slice and by the meter – all soft and fragrant. On the weekends they are also prepared in versions with aloe and turmeric. The “Civico 29” is excellent, with San Marzano, piennolo, corbarino and datterino tomatoes, buffalo and fiordilatte mozzarella and provolone. Fried foods and a small sandwich menu are also available in addition to the pizza, completing the offering.
