One can choose from a classic dough, tasty but without much character that leaves room to enjoy the toppings, the 5 grain dough, rich in flavour and very nutritious, realized with a mix of grains that are not stripped of thier chaff and wheat germ or, finally, the Tumminia dough realised with a semi-wholegrain flour, which gives a unique fragrance and is highliy digestible.
