Compared to last summer, the establishment has been refurbished. Situated in the seaside area of Grado, it is a family-run pizzeria, frequented also in the winter months. They have been using an electric oven for a few years now. The pizza is thin and crunchy, well cooked, light and big. Excellent products, all fresh, from the cherry tomatoes to the buffalo milk mozzarella to the prosciutto. Among the new entries we advise the Gioiella, with tomato, turnip greens, anchovies and cold burrata added after baking. The Furese is interesting where the sun dried tomatoes stand out, as well as the sausage and fresh ricotta. The Estiva with lettuce, tuna and olives is liked even by the little ones, to whom chocolate sweets are offered while the adults get amaro.
