Nothing has changed in the changing of the guard in the Doppio Zero pizzeria. An excellent pizza in the Neapolitan style, well-leavened with a high thick crust with good ingredients that are in well-balanced doses. Most of the products are typical local products and a few are presidi Slow Food. Long leavenings with whole wheat, spelt, wholegrain and hemp flours. We tried the whole wheat Bufalotta, the Fior di Zucca with buffalo milk mozzarella, breaded zucchini flowers, cherry tomatoes and crust filled with ricotta. However, the menu is rich in various types that are always consistent with the tradition of Valle d’Itria and especially Puglia. A few good labels of wine and beer are available. Average prices; excellent quality-price ratio.
