Small pizzas and focaccias but high quality.
A classical zone visited by Milanese for aperitives and excellent evenings, easily reachable by public transport, good possibility for parking nearby. Premises well visited by those who prefer cocktails or by those who appreciate a quality pizza. Well in sight from the street, well lit windows but not invasive for who is inside the local. Nice, modern and intimate, perfect for gourmet dinners, diverse possibilities cancelled because of the presence of tables, for those who prefer drinking. The internal room which is used for the dinners accommodates the workbench where the “raw” toppings of the pizzas are prepared. At the entrance, you are welcomed with the indication of the time within which you must leave the table. Young staff, dynamic, well instructed and capable in suggesting the drinks to match the food. The politics of the local is food “pizza” and drink excellently carried out. The Dry is certainly not one of the more classical pizzerias, but it makes pizzas of an excellent quality.
