In one of the main streets in Cagliari, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, you will find this pizzeria which was opened a couple of years ago by Pierluigi Fais, after having closed the Josto restaurant at Oristano. It seats about forty, well-spaced and comfortable, making the environment really pleasant. The pizzas have their own identity, inseparably linked to the region’s seasonal produce. In fact, five classical pizzas are always on the menu, and another five or six which change, on the wall or the board according to the available ingredients. One of the pizzas to try is the “Champagna” with scamorza cheese, chard and pork cheek, and the classic margherita with mozzarella and tomatoes produced in Sardinia. The service is thoughtful, prices in line with the quality of the ingredients. The drinks menu, based on sparkling wines, wine and beers is very well done. For us, award for the best beer menu 2018.
