In a new and contemporary atmosphere, a grand deli counter, with meats and cheeses, prepares express sandwiches and platters. Excellent pizzas are also made here. Slow-leavened Neapolitan-style pizzas come out from the wood-fired oven, light and inviting. The toppings are rigorously of quality and seasonal, like the buffalo milk mozzarella from Ragusa and the pistachios from Bronte. Among the recommended pizzas are the Campagnola with fresh pepper, sausage from black swine of Nebrodi, wild greens and black Buccheri olives. The service is attentive and fast.
