We find ourselves in a place that has decided to make consistancy its strong point. Organic and healthy is the vocation of this establishment. The pizzas are made with organic, stone ground flours from Umbria, and made strictly from a sourdough starter dough. Upon tasting, one perceives a strong taste of grain, with a use of noteworthy products, tomato and oil on all. It is a different pizza with a lower taste impact of a due to the healthy choice of minimal dosing of the condiments however, the result is still pleasant and consistent. The dining room staff is well-prepared and polite and renders the experience even more positive.
