This nice family owned and operated restaurant and pizzeria is found along the main street in the borgo of Castelbuono, in the heart of the Madonie park. A pleasant environment, where the furnishings from the beginning of the 1900s stand out. You can taste one of the many pizzas on the menu: a long leavening and the use of antique Sicilian grains is their primary characteristic. A must-try is the Madonita, where there are mushrooms, collected from the nearby woods, which are the protagonists. The Contadina is good, topped with fresh tomato and local pecorino. During the summer season dinning is in the outdoor courtyard full of flowers. For whomever does not feel like pizza, it is possible to opt for one of the many dishes proposed on the menu.
