All hats off to Marco Manzi for the offerings of this establishment, not immersed in the touristic area of Florence but also not out of hand from the city. If the reason for success is obviously the quality of the pizzeria, it is also a pleasure to point out the appealing cooking proposals, inspired by Ischia.
It must be said that the patrons are enthusiastic about the pizzas, and the future of these dishes is uncertain; one can always rely on the Petit Lapin pizza, with rabbit hole sausage, and Monte Epomeo thyme. The wine list is also justifiably focused on the island, in any case there is no lack of imaginative toppings, such as the ones for the Pizze Stellate (starred pizzas), with the chef’s creations, or the Panuozzo Cip e Cop, with hot dogs and french fries. Excellent house desserts. With all of these offerings, the establishment is in any case quite small, despite the recent opening of an outdoor area, also limited: reservations advised.
