The Capatosta (Hard head) is a famous Neapolitan pizzeria in the Porta Genova area of Milan. The brand is recognizable thanks to a logo that for years has camped out on the shores of the Great Naviglia that faces south. On milder days, tourists and workers can dine facing the water thanks to tables that are placed outdoors. The pizza is far from being trendy or what is in fashion, perhaps too much so. The Margherita suffers from a watery fiordilatte cheese and a bland tomato sauce. The sausage and broccoli rabe was not bad at all, bitter and structured, not without personality. Direct dough and there you go.
