Sasà Martucci is, without a doubt, one of the most valid pizza chefs in the Caserta province and in Campania itself. Young and capable, he has improved exponentially in recent years, developing a dough which convinces for its softness, meltiness and, at the same time, its structure. A better attention to the shaping and baking would improve the product even more. The toppings, which were initially elementary, have been improved by a better complexity, with an attentive study of the combinations and the consistencies of the different primary materials. The establishment is modern, fresh, suitable for youngsters as well as adults and the elderly. The dinning area service is precise and punctual, even if it would be advisable to explain the proposed beers (the list is of a high standard).
