In plain sight, the bottega of Bonci in the Mercato Centrale at the Termini train station in Rome, under the revisited Cappa Mazzoniana, historic kitchen of the railway workers. An innovative space which since 2016 has gathered various excellences of taste, united by a desire to demonstrate that excellence is elementary, and can be achieved without so many words. It is with this vision that the Michelangelo, according to plan, bakes quality breads and pizzas with his team which works in view of its guests. Excellent doughs, fruit of research on the blends of flours and accurate leavening. Exceptional ingredients used for condiments and signature toppings. On rotation, one can find a bit of the entire repertoire of our flour giant: pizzas and foccacias inspired by region, traditional or international, or creative proposals which draw attention to good cooking and creativity. Common denominator: absolute quality and heart. Then, there are the exquisite and enticing desserts, made according to the same principles of excellence, health and ethics.
