Pizzeria recently opened in the lower Trento foothills, on the road to Povo and Cognola. The structure is essential and modern, with a pleasant appearance, equipped with a large car park. In the evening and especially on the weekends, the structure is very crowded and it might be that you will wait a bit (15 -30 minutes) before being taken to your table. It is not always possible to reserve. You can kill time, however, at the bar with a beer and some finger food. The dining room wait-staff is young and cordial. The presentation of the pizzas makes an impression, carefully made, with a variety of doughs (wholegrain, tumeric, hemp, though not available every day). The quality of the ingredients is very good, with some researched combinations, while the dough is very soft. There is also the possibility of pan pizza (a few days a week) for two or more people. The beer list is notable, traditional beers on tap are alongside local craft options.
