Antonio Pappalardo is the owner and the pizza chef of this establishment in a rustic-minimalistic style. Here you can try three types of pizzas, the Roman, served in squares, crunchy and richly topped, the dish pizza, the Italian, with a pronounced crust and the one for tasting, high and “bready”. All of the pizzas are obtained with an indirect dough method. On the menu you will find solid standbys such as the dish pizza with porchetta from Mangalica and the gourmet with the “Favola” mortadella. Other pizzas vary according to the season or to creative inspiration, with results that are not always desired. Beyond the pizza, there are snacks and fried offerings. There is a tasting menu for 30 euros excluding beverages, for 40 and 50 euros if accompanied by fruit juices or wine.
