La Divina Pizza has become an institution in Florence: a warm welcome into the establishment, kind and courteous service, passion in providing information about the workmanship and, above all, a proposal of pizzas which allows for maximum customer satisfaction.
The dough, with organic stone ground flours, a sourdough starter and long maturation times, gives the pizza a high digestibility and is a perfect base for the combinations chosen with great care by the pizza chef. Unusual products for the toppings are used which are always well-balanced.
The pizza is proposed in the “Roman” version or also “dish” version, and there are also stuffed foccacias.
We recommend the “Gorgonzola and Chianti Onion” combination. However, everyone will be satisfied given the variety of proposals.
The pizza may be eaten while observing the pizza chef at work or in the welcoming dinning area on the lower floor.
