La Giara was born in the suburbs of Santeramo, a few steps from the provincial bus stop. This establishment is rustic, warm and welcoming. The service staff is polite. Other than red and white, there is also a selection of pizzas with buffalo milk mozzarella. The dough is obtained with a mixture of soft wheat flours, re-milled durum wheat semolina, spelt flour and wheat germ. The toppings are all fresh and of excellent quality. For those who are undecided, the pizza by the meter is recommended with a choice of two or four flavors present on the menu. The pizza presents with a crunchy crust and soft center. More attention should be paid to dietary intolerances.
