We are in the historical venue of one of the best fried food shops in Naples, here since 1945. An alley near Corso Lucci, 10 minutes from the station. Popular spirit, therefore, in the old establishment they work visually in full view, while next door now there is a dining room for those who want to sit. Quick service but polite and careful. The menu is completely dedicated to fried pizza, with dozens of variations, from the classics to the reduced version of the “battilocchi”, a kind of half portion, equally successful. It goes from the ‘complete’ with salami, cicoli, tomatoes and ricotta to the specials with cod, or “spring” with arugula, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, all raw; or, again with broccoli and sausage. Perfectly fried. Broad selection of homemade beers. La Masardona wins the prize for the Best Take-away 2018, and to Cristian Piccirillo the prize for the best Young Pizza Chef of the year 2018!
