In the very center, in Mazzini Square, a few steps from Duomo Square, in this very simple and rustic establishment, the great protagonists are the ‘pizzoli’. A sort of closed and stuffed pizza, similar to a crispy, stuffed foccacia. There are many varieties proposed, both savory and sweet. The ones stuffed with typical homemade gastronomy are recommended, for example with braised wild boar. In particular, the pizzolo with broccoli and sausage is also recommended. A pizzolo is enough for two people. And to conclude, the sweet version with pistachio cream or nutella. The staff is very courteous and fast.
