In the precious historical center of Nonantola, a few steps from the monumental Abbey, there is a sure landing for lovers of Neapolitan-style pizza. Almost 30 different pizzas, among which the excellent Lardo Magno, with fiordilatte cheese, shrimp, lard and pecorino romano cheese. The dough recipe is jealously guarded by Rosa, daughter of the founding family, who prepares it every day for the establishments in Modena and in Nonantola. The result is a Neapolitan pizza that is particularly soft, enveloping, melt-in-your-mouth and satisfying, among the best Neapolitan-style pizzas in Modena and the province. A recipe to preserve, that continues on with the young and enthusiastic Giulia Gasparini, together with her mother Rosa and her father, Claudio. An ample selection of wine and an attentive staff.
