L’Agliara Pizzeria Napoletana
We are at the border between Calenzano and Prato, on the Via Fiorentina: a valid pizza chef has been at work in this establishment for some time now; one who bakes quality pizzas in the Neapolitan tradition: here one can taste quality fried offerings, as in any respectable pizzeria.
Nice interpretation of the classics with a few pizzas with more complex toppings, the “speciali” (an extra list that is hand-written!): the “Nerano” is interesting and well-balanced and inspired by the classic spaghetti dishes of the Amalfi/Sorrento tradition.
A must-try (few pizzerias propose it) the fritta e al fuorno (fried and baked): very well executed!
