In the center of the city, in a pedestrian area a few steps away from the town hall, there is a pizzeria on two floors with a wood-fired oven. The pizzas are high quality, starting with the crunchy Primavera Più Bufala, with cherry tomatoes, and garlic oil. The Luigi is excellent, with tomato, mozzarella, Trevisio raddish, mixed mushrooms, gorgonzola, spicy salami and sausage. Here all of the skill and experience of the pizza chef is evident, because it is thin, soft, the mushrooms are excellent, and the contrast among the four flavors, spicy salami included, is balanced. The prices are contained while taste explodes! The pizzas are all flavorful and easily digestible. The staff is kind and it is very busy even at lunchtime.
