We are in a nice quarter of Crocetta. The establishment is truly lovely, a false rustic decor, of an elegance all its own, with illuminated mosaic niches and designs on the walls. The welcome and the service are characterized by efficiency and kindness. The rest is done by the truly excellent quality of the pizzas, all with select flours, well-leavened and fermented, soft and crunchy. The primary materials used in the toppings are also of very high standard. The choice is extensive and includes pizzas that are made with seasonality in mind: it is possible to find pizza with puntarelle, or, in place of those, asparagus, based on the availability of the products. Good wine list, and the beer proposals are just as valid, with a nice presence of craft beer producers. Libery is also a restaurant of high standard with well-made and certainly tempting dishes.
