Gino Sorbillo’s pizza on the seafront is an affirmation. The organic version, with respect to the historic sites of the Tribunali, with products of excellence selected not only from the region, with many presidi Slow Food, attention to food allergies, gluten free, and vegan options. A giant pizza, well-leavened and well baked, but which perhaps discounts the largeness beyond the edge of the plate, a fact which makes the last few bites necessarily eaten cold. A rich menu which allows one to choose from among many flavors, from the classics to the more original such as the white with Neapolitan tarallo and lard, almonds and pepper. A dining area conducted with much professionalism, thanks above all to the dining room manager. Fast service but not hurried. Modern decor with marine colors, easy atmosphere, picturesque tables that overlook the seafront.
