The pizza chef Cristiano Taurisano, comes from an important Neapolitan experience which today we find in his excellent pizzas, so much so to have on the menu a classic fried pizza. The establishment is well-kept, clean, modern and welcoming, as well as the outdoor area created in a small alley typical of a small village in southern Italy.
Flours, mills, high quality primary materials, very often of artisan companies from Puglia and Campania, very long leavenings, result in truly excellent pizzas with high crusts, that are soft and very bubbly, so light that if you had seconds you wouldn’t notice it.
