Located at the end of the seafront of Chiavari, the M’ama is composed of two inside dining rooms and a small outside veranda, the atmosphere is welcoming and informal. The staff is very well-prepared with a speedy, punctual and well-executed service. The dough selection is guaranteed by at least two to three options (whole-wheat / multi-grain / traditional), the dough rising times are excellently orchestrated by Matteo Bussone and are slow and controlled, resulting in a pizza with an excellent digestibility, fragrant and soft. The ingredients used for the toppings are remarkable, with pairings that always seek to balance the palate. The craft brew selection is extraordinary and there is a good selection of national wines.
