This pizzeria is in Central Market square. Its style is eclectic: modern elements and retro upholstery, with details from the Neapolitan tradition. The pizza dough is easy-to-digest with the right rising times, but it becomes a bit chewy at the end, even though it is easy to cut. The ingredients are of an excellent quality: the tomato sauce is tasty, but not acidic, however – in the case of the margherita pizza – there is not enough of it; the fiordilatte mozzarella, even though of good quality, is too abundant to the detriment of the final flavor, which is unbalanced.
