“Easy-to-digest” and “modular pizza” are the two pillars of the offerings at Mani in Pasta, a pizzeria born in the outskirts of Milan, in via Padova, that has recently landed in the more central Pisacane Street as well, in the Porta Venezia area. The personalization of your order starts from the dough, either three-flour or 7-grain with seawater; then it continues with all the other ingredients, from the more classic to the less conventional, that can be selected to compose the pizza of your choosing. It is difficult to go wrong, considering the quality of the ingredients, but our advice is to also try the excellent gourmet proposals which are updated monthly by the pizza chef, Simone Nicolosi.
