Near the area of the courthouse, the Arentino Menchetti establishment has extended its offer complimenting its oven with a place that is open from breakfast to happy hour (drinks that are paired with pizzas and schacciate). Nevertheless, it is the pizza that remains, together with the bread and other products from the oven, the top proposal. An extremely hydrated dough and the more than 30 hours of leavening results in a crunchy base with an important bubbly feature. The toppings are high quality, local ingredients, as for example the tomatoes and the cooked ham, both of which are Tuscan.
