The Coppola family, without a doubt, manages to transmit its own passion and know-how through a well-balanced pizza, beginning with the fragrant and easily digestible dough. The dough certainly follows the rules of leavening typical of the Neapolitan pizza of excellence. It is a pleasure to find true gastronomic masterpieces from the Campania region, the tomato, the mozzarella and even the craft beer are all made in Naples. The place is well-kept and the wooden beams in sight on the ceiling give the establishment a warm and characteristic feel. There is certainly room for improvement, however it is a pleasure to find oneself in a clean place with good acoustics. All of the staff is professional, prepared and attentive.
