Along State Road 317, about ten kilometers south of Perugia, is located Non Vedo l’Ora, a small pizzeria that has become known in the area for its many awards and for the quality of its dough. The concept is quite simple, on the edge of being spartan, quite small, focused on the offering of various types of doughs. The most classic pizzas, if on the one hand they enthuse with the quality of the flour used and the leavening, on the other hand the excessive abundance of the toppings is perplexing.
