The recent remodelling, if possible, has further augmented the atmosphere of the dining areas in the tuff rock caves, characteristic of the antique Rioni Sassi of Matera. The jump in quality of the space is found, at the same level, also in the pizza menu, which is closely tied to the seasonality of the ingredients. Great attention is always given to the leavenings and to the primary ingredients, for a Neapolitan-style pizza which amazes for its quality and variety. Courteous service which is up to the standard of its prestigious dining areas. Wonderful desserts, good cuisine (for whomever might like to taste revisited local recipes of the territory). The wine list is extraordinary (for a pizzeria).
