Real, great southern tradition arrives in the foothills of Barolo, in Basso Piemonte, encountering not only the wines, but also the products which here supply especially the ‘special’ pizzas: tartufo, toma and other Langa flavours, such as Bra sausage or Santena asparagus. However the value, the cleanliness of taste, the great choice of the materials can be percieved even in the simple ‘Mastro Nicola’, in the Marianara style. The kitchen is also extremely valid, positioned ‘in sight’ in the lovely establishment in the antique center of the borgo, valorized by beautiful Langa stones.
