“We are what we eat,” is the philosophy of this establishment, where everything is organic, aperitifs, wines and beverages included. The breakthrough started at the beginning of 2018, after the preceding period when the suppliers came from this world. Therefore, the first organic restaurant brand arrived in Veneto. We find ourselves two steps away from the heart of Bassano, in an old rustic restaurant surrounded by green. The dough is good, well-kneeded, which guarantees digestibility and no heaviness. The patron can find pizzas that suit everyone’s taste, from the classics to the more popular, including those with a white base. The quality makes the difference. We recommend the Golosa, with ground tomatoes, from Monte Veronese di Malga, sausage, sweet and sour purple cabbage, aged pecorino cheese and a bit of black pepper. Also the Inglesina could be a solution with fior di latte mozzarella, raw spinach, roast beef, pine nuts, and lemon oil, again from the Monte Veronese di Malga. Also the burrata, the culatello or the anchovies can be a good choice. A place suitable for lunches or dinners for two but also among friends and for families. During the summer season, outdoor dining is also available. Reservations are advised but not mandatory.
