Patrick Ricci is really a great character, extrovert, explosive, always looking for innovative ideas, new experiments. And the results are always excellent, and this because of the continuous research for new doughs… the grains personally selected from small producers, are ground by entrusted mills and he mixes the flours. The result is a soft fragrant dough. Also, the other ingredients which make up the various pizzas are researched with care and attention for their quality (numerous the slow foods present). A modern environment, a relaxed atmosphere, also thanks to the polite and careful service, in short everything well established for a great gastronomical experience … and the miracle happens … always. Among the novelties a spectacular pizza, the King Crab with king prawns, guacamole, mustard, roots and a drop of Vov … it is the most expensive on the menu (but there is at least 80 grams of prawns) but it is worth it.
