The pizzeria is located in a little street in the historic centre of Palermo and it has the charm of a place in which one can converse over candlelight (not exactly suitable for one with bad eyesight). The staff is elegant and very competent, present yet not intruding. All of the doughs are obtained from a mixture of Tumminia and Perciasacchi (from which the place gets its name) and one can take advantage of an interesting option, appropriate for four people and up, different tastes of pizza by the meter.
The revisitations of the Sicilian specialties are interesting and are proposed in their pizza versions: sfincione rosso, sfincione bagherese, sciavata camporealese, pitone messinese and tabisca trapanese, just to mention a few. The wine list is well furnished and proposes about fifteen labels of white and the same for red wines. An absence that should not be overlooked are the lack of rose labels. The beer list is even more complete with Sicilian craft beers, well represented both for type and beer maker.
