A gamble taken and won by Alessandro Pastoressa with a new establishment that gives the umpteenth example of an excellent pizzeria in Hinterland Barese. The pizzeria presents itself as welcoming with two designated dining areas with stone walls and furnished tastefully. The dining room staff moves with confidence and speed yet is always attentive to the requests of the patrons. There are always 4 doughs available such as the one from Trebbia with pale beer, experimented and advised. We advise the pizza with mozzarella, young field chicory, onions from Acquaviva and sausage, and the pizza with mozzarella three tomatoes and friggitelli, with concrete flavours and aromas which are well matched to one another.
