The new pizzeria of Gianfranco Iervolino was born in Pomigliano d’Arco, a Vesuvian town that in recent years has experienced an unimaginable flourishing until a few decades ago. The interiors are modern and the service is friendly, from the beginning of the meal until it’s time for the bill. The fried foods are above average, good pizzas, especially the dough, tasty and digestible. Even the slightly more elaborate pizzas are well-made by the pizza maker, who in the past rose the ranks in high-end kitchens. The wine list also presents a good selection.
