In a small town in northern Caserta, in what was once known as “Campania Felix”, a young and cheerful pizza chef is ready to welcome you in a modern and colourful environment and to dazzle you with his creations.
Pasqualino Rossi humbly and knowledgably works a well-hydrated dough and tops a disc of pasta with typical products from the Caserta territory, and in particular from Matese.
The pizza presents itself with a high crust, golden colored and well baked.
You absolutely must not miss the “marinara nel ruoto”, a pizza which recalls antique flavours, truly unique.
The fried offerings by mamma Rita are also great, crunchy and dry.
In short, the human factor, or rather the sense of family in this pizzeria is what makes the difference.
