A simple establishment in the center of Catania, far from the chaos of the historical center. An intimate and welcoming corner, soft lighting, in a rustic style with few fineries, but a great amount of research dedicated to the ingredients for the over 40 exquisite pizzas available in the menu. Each one is named after both famous and less famous clergy: from Don Abbondio to Don Camillo. Among the best, the Don Navarro with truffle cream or the pizza with fresh peppers and anchovies. The dough is excellent, with quality ingredients. For all tastes and palates. The staff is courteous and accommodating. A reservation is recommended even during the work week. The wine and beer list selection is good.
