It is located in Cormons and is a 1970s place, where the pizzas are bigger than the plates. At the entrance there is a bar counter, a small dining area and then another ample and welcoming dining area. From the wood-fire oven is dispensed the excellent white Montanara with mozzarella, porcini mushrooms, porchetta, and shaved grana. Very delicate in spite of the ingredients. Another advised is the Primo Amore with tomato, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, fior di latte, superb capers, oregano and oil: tasty and excellent. For two people a cutting block of cold cuts is also proposed. To satisfy cranky children one can rely on a milanese with fried potatoes. The pizzeria “Italia” is frequented by many German and Austrian couples on vacation in Collio.
