Historical pizzeria in Matera, among the first to open in the city. The owner, a long-time pizza chef, has remained faithful to his own beliefs, and is, in fact, the only one allowed to touch the dough and to see about the toppings of the pizzas. This slows the service, but the result has continued to satisfy, for many years, the numerous Materians who still prefer this pizzeria. The choice of the pizzas is good and varied, always appreciated are the ever-present olives at the tables which welcome and accompany the customers during the wait. Excellent primary materials used. Welcoming service. Not advised during the busier days (Saturdays and holidays) unless you have nothing else to do that evening!
