Mirko Petracci and his brothers improve from year to year. A new restaurant with an open kitchen, a pizza menu that varies seasonally and two new doughs: Dedalo (a super soft focaccia served by the slice) and Icaro (a highly hydrated dough, airy and crunchy). Do not miss the Amatriciana, the Icaro with stracciatella, tomato and basil emulsion, and the Sant’Emidio with pachino, PDO buffalo and anchovies. You can order pizza by the plate or a tasting menu to taste different flavors. The digestibility of the dough will surprise you, as well as the kindness of the service. During the week there is a playground for children with a babysitting service.
