Enzo Bastelli, born in 1990, believed in the new Caserta initiative after a Neapolitan experience. The establishment, with just under one hundred seats, is an example of simplicity and precision. The dining area is well-organized and the wait times are minimal. A good choice of craft and on-tap beers, as well as wines. The recommended strongpoint is the fried offerings. Well-leavened products with a geometric, precise execution, which entices whomever watches. Montanare, fried potatoes, a wide range of potato crocchè (with purple potatoes or homegrown potatoes) or frittatine with new fillings constantly proposed. The pizza is light, enjoyable and well executed with quality products. A pleasurable little corner stop.
