This family-run pizzeria is near the historical center of Martina Franca and seats only 25. Wait times are inevitably high but the excellent pizza is worth the wait. The Neapolitan dough is very tasty: it is characterized by a high and very soft crust, fruit of a 12-hour leavening and cooking in a wood-oven, which render it very easy-to-digest and light. The toppings are of a very high quality and all have certified slow food origins, both for the local and imported products. Among these, the main ingredients are the PDO tomatoes and fresh basil. A good assortment of beers is also available.
The wine list is interesting and includes different brands and native vine varieties of whites, reds and rosès. The craft brew list is also varied and well-supplied.
