Here, as next door, the pizza chefs work in full view and cook pizzas in a wood-oven. Other than the pizzas – round, by the slice, Roman-style and stuffed crunchy focaccias – one can buy bread, brioches, and various other pastries made daily with sourdough starter and stone-ground flour.
