The chef and pizza maker Nerio Beghi offers his clients an almost mystical experience. The pizzas, served already cut in slices, seem to float in the air transported by a kind waitstaff covered in monastery-style jean tunics. The lightness is, in fact, the main characteristic of these products. More than pizzas, they are foccacias, high, fragrant and soft, made tempting by the Italian and fusion ingredients, select and of excellent quality. One feels pampered from the beginning to the end, hence, all is well. It’s a recommended experience. The only flaw is in regards to the presentation of certain dishes for which more attention is required. Gourmet pizzas are only available at dinner.
